• Any answers provided in the Interactive Services page used for a better understanding of you, my audience. I don’t use these answers for personal projects nor do I use your answers to generate content of any kind. These multiple choice questions are just a fun way for me to engage with my community.

C. Automatically Collected Information

• IP address, browser type, and site analytics (if you visit my website).

Confidentiality & Content Ownership

I understand the importance of confidentiality in ghostwriting. The following terms apply:

• Client Ownership: Upon full payment, all rights to the written work are transferred to you. I do not claim any ownership over the content.

• No Resale or Reuse: I will not resell, republish, or reuse any ghostwritten content written by me and guided by you. You retain full control and rights throughout the process and I will not download any chapter content from Google Docs as I write.

• Portfolio Use: Under no circumstance will I use any of your content, ideas, or final product to build my writing portfolio. You are the owner of your content and I do not have the rights to your materials, content, or ideas. 

• Confidentiality: Any private or sensitive information shared for the project will remain strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. However, in the rare event that disclosure is required by law—such as in cases involving missing persons, criminal investigations, or matters of public safety—I may be legally obligated to cooperate with authorities. This will only occur in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.

How I Use Your Information

I use your information solely for:

• Communicating about the project.

• Delivering completed work.

• Processing payments and invoicing.

• Maintaining business records.

• Maintaining a professional relationship in the case of repeat books or projects where your tone (of the book/s or individual projects), image preferences, or any book disclaimers may come up again.

I may use third-party platforms for payments, contracts, or file delivery (e.g., PayPal or Payonner,  Wix, Google Docs). These services have their own privacy policies, and I encourage you to review them.

At this time, Wix does not offer Payooner as a payment method. However, if you have a Payoneer account and wish to pay me directly, please go to this [ page ] for Payoneer instructions and my Payoneer details. If you have  PayPal Account, you can simply pay with your PayPal account. 

As a website, Payoneer does not keep account information other than the linked Payoneer email used for transactions. I do not have access to any of your account information through Payoneer. If you have any further questions, please contact directly me using this link.
