These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of this website, Write Remedy: Vial Blossoms, operated by the website owner (hereafter referred to as “I,” “me,” or “my”). By accessing or using this website in any manner, you agree to be bound by these T&C. If you do not accept all of these terms, please do not use the site or request any of my services.

1. Account Suspension or Termination

I reserve the right to suspend or cancel user accounts or access to my site or services due to:

• Non-payment in the case of any payment plans or services rendered

• Abuse or discriminatory behavior

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions

Such decisions will be made at my sole discretion.

2. As a Content Creator

I vow to ensure my content doesn't include: 

• Ableism

• Ageism

• Animal cruelty

• Coordinated attacks

• Cyberbullying or doxxing

• Derogatory “jokes” or slurs disguised as humor

• Encouraging or glorifying violence

• Hate group recruitment or promotion

• Homophobia or transphobia

• Inciting arguments or hostility

• Non–consensual sexual content

• Online or offline harassment

• Provocative, inflammatory language

• Public shaming or trolling

• Racism or racial slurs

• Radical or extremist propaganda

• Religious intolerance or hate

• Self–harm encouragement

• Sexism or gender–based harassment

• Sexual harassment or exploitation

• Stalking or intimidation

• Threats of violence or bodily harm

• Xenophobia or anti–refugee/immigrant sentiments

Outside very specific examples of these (if any) in my weekly Influential Ethics blogacles. When and if any of these topics are discussed in this context, it will be from a purely academic and/or research–based perspective. Real–world uses of this type of language will never be used and/or directed at my audience.

I vow to ensure my content includes: 

• Viewpoints and perspectives from all walks of life, not just my own

• The encouragement of a safe space for different thoughts and ideas, regardless of cultural and historical backgrounds

3. Comment Policy

I welcome thoughtful, respectful discussion in comments. However, any comments containing:

• Hate speech or discrimination

• Harassment or personal attacks

• Promotion of violence or misinformation

• Or any other topic found in the "I vow to ensure my content doesn't include" list

 will result in immediate and permanent banning from the site, without notice or warning. Since comments have been disabled on the site in favor of the free community forum, these rules apply to this community forum as well.

5. Eligibility and Responsible Use

This website is open to all users. However, users under the age of 18 must only access this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

All visitors agree to access the site at their own discretion and risk, and not to use it for any malicious, illegal, or harmful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to hack, overload, or damage the site

• Using bots, AI, or scrapers to extract content

• Posting offensive, discriminatory, or abusive language in comments or messages

Violation of any of the above may result in a permanent ban and reporting to appropriate authorities if required.

6. Ghostwriting and Client Agreements

By using my ghostwriting or co-writing services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The anonymity of the writer (Remy Vialblossom/Violet Wright) is strictly protected.

• You may not disclose my real name or identity outside of direct client communication (e.g., email or WhatsApp).

Any breach of this clause will result in:

• Termination of your project, regardless of payment status

• A ban from the website and services

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if my trust or boundaries are violated.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright 

All content on this site, including blog articles, poetry, recipes, guides, and any ghostwritten material, is my intellectual property, unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, reproduce, or modify the content

• Use it in AI models, training sets, or content generation tools

• Use my material in other media (online or offline) without written permission

Violations will be pursued through digital copyright enforcement platforms and legal action if necessary.

All published content reflects my personal views. These views:

• Are not intended to harm, insult, or attack any individual or group

• May reflect personal, political, poetic, or ethical perspectives relevant to the blog’s topics

I currently accept payments via:

• PayPal

• Payoneer (manual payments)

Payment must be completed in full before delivery of any final materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

I reserve the right to change, add, or remove services offered on this website. When such changes occur:

• Ongoing contracts will be honored under the terms in place at the time of agreement
