What Genres Can I Cover/Write About for My Ghostwriting Services?

To pick a genre I can cover when writing your story is difficult because some of your stories may be a personal recollection of your past—pleasant or otherwise—while other stories could involve important life lessons those around you want to share. Most people I have met didn’t realize that ghostwriting was an option for non-celebrities if they knew ghostwriting existed as a service at all.

There is a spirit of a writer in us all, some of us just need some help with the language and grammar part! From my own family, I could write a list of books on a dozen different topics because there are so many interesting lives and stories to be told, including:

The list is endless and it’s growing as my family members and friends find new hobbies or passions that they choose to follow.​​

I haven’t written any of these stories because each story is unique to each family member, and as a ghostwriter, I need to develop stories with my readers’ intention in mind and most importantly, their consent.

With five years of ghostwriting experience and countless topics I have written about, there is most definitely a genre of non-fiction below that will pique your interest. With this, there are four topics I am not comfortable writing about. This is because these topics (listed below) are above my understanding (as much as I have tried!) and I don’t believe I would do your brand, your business, or my own reputation, any good by forcing this content. With these topics, there is a high level and calculation and understanding involved within the respective fields and "Fake it till you make it" doesn't work as well here! The topics/niches I am unable to and unwilling to write about include:

Any other topic or subject is acceptable for me and I will write about anything you want me to. I don't discriminate against race, religion, financial position, marital status, number of partners, gender, or anything else. As long as you keep things professional, I'm happy to write for you on any book topic—except the ones listed above—no matter your personal beliefs. If you would prefer to keep your beliefs and ideologies out of the ghostwriting communication, that's also perfectly fine!
